IIIIIIIIII just didd an hour on the elliptical, and 5 minutes(short I know but literally the hardest set I’ve ever done) of this horrible set that my cousin told me about when she was at her fittest.
I’m sure there’s a name for this workout, I’ll look it up tomorrow but tonight lets just call it Painful Powerball!!!!!!
Lay on your back with you legs and arms stretched out with a balance ball between your hands, lift up arms and legs and use your legs to take balance ball from hands and put it on the floor, lay flat again, bring up your arms and legs again take the ball from your legs with your arms, lay flat again. Repeat until you cry.
Now I’m going to bed. I am going to be incredibly sore tomorrow :)
