So I signed up for this program through http://www.jillianmichaels.com/fit/
Basically you fill out a ton of information and they customize a meal plan and workout plan for you and your weight goals. I also have been getting alerts everyday on my phone from Jillian reminding me to get up and exercise and to follow my meal plan. I’m hoping with constant encouragement and guidance this will help me get on track and stay there!

Good morning sunshine!
So since I’ve been inspired by a certain motivational reblog we’ve definitely all seen I’ve been getting up every morning a 6 am to go take a walk in the creek with my dog! It’s so beautiful it’s hard to remember to be disgruntled about being up at 6 am lol. I’ve also noticed I’ve been a lot better about exercising every day along with the morning walks :) I guess it’s true what they say; an object in motion stays in motion ;)
Got up at 6 took the puppy (who is 15yrs lol) out for a 20 min walk and when I got back I put on a load of laundry and am now getting back into bed with my big cup of icy water!!
Starting today out right!
Okay so as you may or may not know I work part time as a receptionist at a veterinary office, I love my job and I adore our patients but for the life of me i cannot convince myself to be comfortable eating anything but a meal bar when I’m at work! I guess being fat for so long I’ve trained myself to not eat in front of strangers, I know I’m a crazy person and now I’m trying to change that especially because I’m getting more hours and not eating from 9-5 is going to jack up my metabolism.
So now I need advice!! Has anyone else been in this situation? how did you start eating more and better? What are some easy quick healthy lunch meals? Snacks? Anything! Lol I’m desperate to stay on track and I know my eating or lack of eating habits at work are no good
Always drink water/tea with a straw! Not hot tea(gross) but when I put my herbal infusion teas over ice straws all the way!! :)
This is amazing I have this big hard plastic venti starbucks cold drink thermosy thing(this guy below)

and I’ve been drinking water and refilling non stop all day and just realized I drank an assload of water today! I’ve been having a hard time drinking as much water as I should be, lately it feels like such a chore but for some reason when I drink from a straw I don’t really realize how much I drink, and I end up drinking a lot more which is amazing for getting in a great amount of water!
Ahhh okay so maybe I’m super sleepy and this isn’t as amazing a discovery as I think it is just bear with me lol
I’ve noticed normal little things that I do make me feel totally relaxed, refreshed, and healthy and happy inside and out! So from now on I am making an effort to take note and really appreciate the little happy moments throughout the day :)
Dinner! Thin crust whole wheat pizza with mushrooms :D a little pricey from neighborhood pizza place but they use such amazing fresh ingredients and perfectly portioned slices I don’t mind at all!
I need to realize if I’m not happy I’m the only one who can change that. And since I’ve been terrible about really grasping that idea I’ve decided each night before I go to bed I need to do this little mantra…..

MAKE A CHANGE!!!!
I’m hoping that continuously reminding myself that I’m not content physically/ socially/ professionally/ ect ect ect with myself will keep me from getting into a mindset of settling for a life that I’m not 110% proud of.
IIIIIIIIII just didd an hour on the elliptical, and 5 minutes(short I know but literally the hardest set I’ve ever done) of this horrible set that my cousin told me about when she was at her fittest.
I’m sure there’s a name for this workout, I’ll look it up tomorrow but tonight lets just call it Painful Powerball!!!!!!
Lay on your back with you legs and arms stretched out with a balance ball between your hands, lift up arms and legs and use your legs to take balance ball from hands and put it on the floor, lay flat again, bring up your arms and legs again take the ball from your legs with your arms, lay flat again. Repeat until you cry.
Now I’m going to bed. I am going to be incredibly sore tomorrow :)
