Ohhhhhh boy I just completed my day 1 of Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred. I started with level 1, I figured I’d do 10 days level 1, 10 level 2, and 10 level 3 start easy and build my way up………. well……..
I got my ass kicked so hard literally I feel like this lady came through the screen and just kicked the shit out of me……. and I kind of like it lol
It was super intense, not what I was expecting at all! Maybe I’m just insanely out of shape but I sweated more in the level 1 workout than I think I’ve sweated in my whole entire life! I am not looking forward to this again tomorrow but it really really really feels like an effective workout so as Jillian says I am going to stick it out and not quit on her :-)
